Diary of a woman on the verge of becoming a healthy weight, and all the good stuff on the way there

Weigh In day
Somebody hold me, I think I'm going to faint. I have hit a new low of 234.2! That's a loss of 8.4 pounds. What? 8.4? Yes, 8.4. I've never had a loss like that before. So that gets rid of all that holiday gain, which I think that means that my last weigh-in was high due to water retention, etc. Because 8 pounds is a lot to lose in one week for my body. I'm sure it is in part to the whole not chewing thing that makes a definite difference. But boy howdy, I'm taking this number and and running with it, you bet your sweet bippy. Whatever a bippy is...

that is awesome!! man I cannot even imagine a loss like that! I would be in the 160s! I am very jealous at your ability to drop a number like that, lol! but in all seriousness, you worked hard this week and Im glad your efforts paid off.
WOW! Congrats on such an amazing loss!
To answer your questions: 1) I love Mika's album and have been rocking out to it for months. It's so peppy and happy! 2) Pickles. YES. I'm a huge fan. 3) I'm most looking forward to feeling sexy and confident, shopping at stores for "normal-sized" clothes, and eating in public without feeling like everyone is staring and judging what I eat, and being healthier. I guess that's four but whatev.
I haven't joined the challenge officially because I'm already doing Tales from the Scales and Shannon's Easter Challege and I don't want to get challeged out.
Whew. Now I'm tired. Congrats again on the loss!
That is a great loss! Definitely take it and run with it! Congrats!!!
